We are looking for a Sales Qualification Coordinator (SQC) to play a critical role in qualifying marketing-generated leads (MQLs) and driving a high-volume SQL pipeline into our Growth Sales Team (GST). This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll be doing:

  • Meet and exceed SQL conversion targets by efficiently qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
  • Engage with potential customers, gathering insights to ensure lead readiness before passing them to sales teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback that improves MQL targeting and lead quality.
  • Maintain structured workflows, ensuring high-volume lead qualification is done efficiently.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and improve conversion rates.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Background in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics, with an ability to track and optimize performance metrics.
  • Proven aptitude for high-volume, structured workflows in sales qualification.
  • Experience working in or alongside sales teams is a plus.
