Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Proposal Management
- Oversee the preparation of complete technical and commercial proposals.
- Review RFQ documents, identify risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation measures.
- Negotiating 3rd party suppliers to get the best tech/comm buyout items offers
- Manage pre-bid clarifications, bid evaluations, and submission timelines.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, company policies, and quality standards.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with YMA PIC to develop accurate and competitive bids.
- Work closely with YMA PIC to understand customer requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Represent the company in pre-bid and post-bid discussions with customers.
- Tracking of offers submitted to the customers.
Costing & Estimation
- Validate cost models and margin analysis before submission.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining technical integrity.
Qualification and Experience
- Degree of instrumentation Engineering.
- 12-15 Years of experience in the Automation filed, preferably for instrumentation sales (pressure, level, temperature, Flow),
- Strong knowledge of MRO opportunity lifecycles, evaluation, and cost estimation principles.
- Well understating of Sales tools (CRM ...ETC)
- Other business-related studies are preferrable
