As a Multi‑Country Sales Project Manager, you will help shape the processes, systems, and tools that drive continuous improvement in our ways of working. You will support the Multi-country Account Sales Director, prioritizing initiatives, coordinating commercial information, and taking ownership of selected projects from preparation through execution. This role blends operational excellence, cross-functional and countries collaboration, and commercial exposure, progressively expanding your responsibilities in client‑facing situations. As you gain autonomy on multi‑country topics, the position is designed to develop into a Multi‑Country Sales Account Manager role in the mid‑term.

🚀Key responsibilities

  • CRM implementation and improvement: lead the deployment, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the global CRM for the team, ensuring high data quality and full visibility on opportunities, contacts, and interactions.
  • Process and methodology improvement: develop and refine processes, templates, standards, methodologies, and workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and sales operational excellence across countries.
  • Global sales community management and governance: promote and develop channels of communication to strengthen the global/multi‑country sales community. Lead the implementation of governance routines between global and countries (cadence, formats, templates and follow‑up).
  • Sales data, reporting & pipeline monitoring: deliver high‑quality data, dashboards, and reports to the Multi-country Account Sales Director ; and  monitor global sales pipelines; and proactively highlight risks, dependencies, and key decision points.
  • Cross-functional and cross-country coordination: serve as a central coordination point between local sales teams and global functions such as marketing, finance, legal/CSR, IT, and product.
  • International RFP and opportunity Coordination: support the Multi-country Account Sales Director with the coordination of multi‑country contributions for international sales opportunities and RFPs, ensuring timely consolidation and high‑quality deliverables.
  • Commercial material and commitment follow-up: Contribute to the creation of commercial presentations, proposals, and sales materials with global and local teams, while ensuring consistent follow‑up on internal and client‑facing commitments. 
  • Prioritization and information Management: support the Multi-country Account Sales Director in structuring priorities, managing information requests, and ensuring smooth orchestration of multi‑country activities and opportunities.
  • Client interaction preparation: prepare agendas, briefs, materials, and follow‑up actions for key client interactions (discovery calls, QBRs, performance updates) and participate in discovery meetings to understand client needs, expectations, and decision processes.
  • Account analysis and opportunity identification: analyze global account data to identify growth opportunities and ensure rigorous follow‑up on actions, commitments, risks, and dependencies across all involved countries.

🌟You´re a match

  • 5 years of overall experience in Sales area with 2/3 years’ experience in sales support or sales enablement and efficiency + 2 years as sales executive, in B2B sector. Exposure to international or multi-country environments is a strong plus.
  • Solid working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and Office 365 suit. Copilot knowledge will be a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French will be plus)
  • A strong execution mindset, with rigor, discipline and reliability in follow-up.
  • A strong appetite for sales tools, CRM and structured processes.
  • Ability to work transversally in a multi-country, matrix environment, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders across countries and functions.
  • Strong capacity to manage multiple topics in parallel in a complex, fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and reliability, powered by professionalism and credibility that naturally generate trust.
  • A genuine interest in understanding client needs and developing commercial skills and progressively moved to client facing interactions.
