Job Summary
- Coordinate the end-to-end administration of Atlassian partner programs, including deal registrations, incentives, and rewards programs.
- Ensure accurate registration submission, tracking, follow-up, and issue resolution while collaborating with Sales teams, Atlassian, and vendor stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for program-related inquiries and first-level escalations.
- Support Finance and Licensing teams by managing vendor invoice follow-up, validation, and processing activities.
- Contribute to operational excellence through data maintenance, reconciliations, and other critical administrative tasks that support business operations. Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate registration, eligibility, and program data across CRM and reporting systems.
- Produce and distribute regular reports and dashboards on registration performance, program utilization, pipeline impact, and KPIs.
- Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, or process gaps.
- Maintain missing invoice tracking files and ensure visibility of outstanding vendor invoices.
- Contribute to strong data governance practices by promoting accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all licensing and registration processes. Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Maintain and update process documentation, operating procedures, templates, and knowledge base content.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Licensing Operations, Vendor Management, and Atlassian stakeholders.
- Support automation, AI-driven initiatives, and digital transformation projects aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, tools, and operational processes.

As a Sales Programs Coordinator, you will own the operational management of Atlassian partner incentive programs, ensuring registrations are submitted accurately, tracked efficiently, and closed successfully.
You will act as a trusted partner to Sales, Licensing Operations, Finance, and Atlassian stakeholders, helping maximize program benefits while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and data integrity.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, solving operational challenges, and continuously improving processes.
