Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and promote new, inspiring, and differentiated content that can be used to excite our audiences and demonstrate AVEVA’s expertise in the field of Asset Lifecycle and Operations Lifecycle Management and the context of emerging technologies such as Cloud and AI.
- Develop content supporting and extending the key themes in AVEVA’s corporate positioning and resonates strongly with the audiences we serve, particularly around industrial software automation.
- Work with the portfolio marketing teams on specifically targeted pieces that further the overall corporate positioning and the solutions' differentiation.
- Construct highly modular content that can be used and deployed on multiple formats and contexts across an extended period.
- Promote and present key content pieces and guide the broader sales and marketing organization in practical use and distribution.
- Develop clear and concise messaging at the corporate, portfolio, industry, and solution-line levels that accurately positions AVEVA’s capabilities and points of view in a way that aligns those tiers and that best suits the audience and market conditions.
- Develop a hierarchy of messaging with a clear definition of their relationships.
- Help build and develop visual representations of our messaging structure and solution strategy, such as marketecture and infographics.
- Explore new ways of effectively communicating AVEVA value, internally and externally, and using cutting-edge digital solutions.
- Deliver enablement and education in emerging AVEVA messaging and content best practices in addition to any new and contemporary approaches.
- Review, refine, and enhance content produced by other teams at a corporate, portfolio, and individual solution line level to ensure that everything we make has impact, alignment, credibility, quality, and is focused on our audiences and markets.
- Help design and communicate guidelines and templates for developing gold-standard messaging and content, considering differing document formats, regional specifications, and various internal and partner organizations.
- Act as a sounding board to develop key messaging themes and content throughout the production lifecycle.
- Develop and curate Presales knowledge management content.
- Participate in, contribute to, and in some cases, lead multiple disparate efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 6 - 10 years of Solution Specialist, Solutions Marketing (or equivalent customer facing) experience preferred in areas appropriate to the job.
- Ability to build strong stories and compelling narratives.
- Familiarity with IT management and the IT evaluation process.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Background in working in matrixed environments.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written & verbal).
- General application and technology knowledge.
- Integrates seamlessly in project teams and takes an active expert role.
- Executes different types of delivery activities.
- Fulfills expert role in external or internal project teams.
- Project management skills.
- Working across multiple cultures.
- Skilled in crafting feedback and delivering enablement and training.
- Expert MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills.
- A flexible attitude and an ability to produce excellent work with minimal guidance.
