Position Summary
Galaxy Value Innovation (GVI) is responsible for driving the Lifecycle of Samsung devices in the areas of Trade-in, Refurb & Certified Renewed (CRN).As GVI Programme Lead, you will be driving the revenue through a blend of partner management, sales analytics and operations. This role includes owning the market understanding that shapes our strategy.

Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of GVI, this role sits at the intersection of commercial, analytics, and sales execution.
This role holds full commercial ownership of a significant secondary market spanning the UK and Europe. You'll be responsible for protecting and growing that value — standardising the remarketing model across the region and building new revenue-generating frameworks, including Certified Renewed and refurbished channel sales strategies.
This is a commercially-driven role built on strong analytics. The models and insights you produce won't sit on a shelf — they'll directly shape pricing, channel mix, and partner economics.
Your key responsibilities
This position requires strong collaboration across functions and subsidiaries; stakeholder management is critical to converting analysis into realised revenue.
Revenue & Channel Growth: Own the secondary-market revenue line (Virtual) across the region. Identify and build new routes to
Subsidiaries coordination and management: Actively collaborate with the operation of GVI with the Leads/ Heads of GVI in subsidiaries. Aligning local markets’ operations and sales roadmap with Suwon Office (HQ) strategic direction
Partner Operations: Run processes with buyers and manage service-provider performance to maximise recovery rates, ensuring the partner network delivers consistently to commercial KPIs and quality standards.
Market Insight to Commercial Action: Develop and maintain an accurate view of European secondary markets - residual value performance, competitive benchmarks, channel dynamics, and partner economics - and convert that view into pricing, channel, and partner decision.
Programme Deployment: Work with subsidiaries and cross-functional teams to plan and roll out revenue-generating GVI initiatives, including the Samsung Certified programme, new trade-in mechanics, and European recommerce activity, tracking the commercial return of each.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage subsidiary teams, central functions, and external partners to drive alignment behind the commercial agenda and accelerate delivery of GVI revenue priorities.
Performance Tracking: Define and monitor the metrics that show whether programmes are generating value, and use those insights to reallocate effort toward the highest-return activity.
Planning: Contribute to the GVI planning cycle, ensuring the analytical inputs, and programme milestones are in place to support European delivery

Driving Change Through Influence: Able to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects and move revenue initiatives forward without direct authority
