The Role

We’re on the hunt for an all-star to support our dynamic sales leader and sales team. This isn’t your typical sales program manager role—it's for someone who thrives on making an unforgettable first impression and knows how to keep the momentum rolling. If you’re relentlessly organized, shockingly responsive, and have the ability to synthesize complex information on the fly, this role is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Help our sales leader close high profile deals with smart preparation and speedy and creative follow up, ensuring the next step or next call is always in place
  • Synthesize and connect by quickly understanding information, remembering key details, and connecting the dots to proactively support our sales leader
  • Make an incredible first impression with our prospects, customers/Hosts, and potential partners, whether over email, text, or on Zoom
  • Be shockingly responsive to all emails and scheduling requests as well as needs of our internal team
  • Participate in sales calls and group demos as a key player in the experience, followup, and close
  • Coordinate and drive sales project execution for new initiatives 
  • Provide ongoing operational support for sales materials, processes, systems, and reporting
  • Anticipate needs by exceeding expectations, identifying what people want before they do, and delivering more than expected
  • Attention to detail by focusing on the fine print, ensuring nothing is missed, and handling every task with precision
