As a Sales Program Manager within our fast-paced, high-impact global Sales unit, you will be the strategic engine driving our global sales initiatives, optimizing processes, and accelerating revenue growth. By acting as the vital link between high-level go-to-market strategy, operations, and frontline sales, you will play a critical role in helping JFrog deliver its "Liquid Software" vision to the market effectively and at scale. Thriving in a dynamic, data-driven environment, you will be responsible for defining programmatic sales plays, managing rollout strategies, and ensuring the organization is fully equipped with the right tools, enablement materials, and actionable insights to close complex B2B SaaS deals.
As a Sales Program Manager at JFrog you will...- Design, implement, and manage strategic sales programs and initiatives to drive pipeline generation, accelerate deal velocity, and increase win rates
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Field Marketing to translate go-to-market strategies into effective field execution
- Establish KPIs, analyze operational data, and provide data-driven reporting to measure program impact, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize initiatives
- Develop and deliver targeted enablement resources, sales playbooks, and communications to ensure global teams are aligned and equipped for success
- Identify process gaps and develop scalable solutions that improve sales efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Coordinate high-impact sales activities, including QBRs, leadership meetings, team events, and regional field events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up
- Manage regional OPEX allocations, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with corporate travel and expense policies
- Support executive operations by managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars, protecting focus time, and preparing daily briefs aligned with strategic priorities
- Coordinate end-to-end international travel, including itineraries, visas, ground transportation, and contingency planning
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Enablement within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of working closely and effectively with VPs and executive leadership around the globe
- Proven track record of designing, managing, and measuring the success of global sales campaigns and operational programs
- Strong analytical mindset with high proficiency in Salesforce, along with familiarity with BI tools and modern sales engagement platforms
- Exceptional project management capabilities, demonstrating the ability to independently drive multiple complex initiatives from inception to completion
- Fluent, native-level English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders

- 3+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Enablement within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Experience working effectively with VPs and executive leadership globally
