Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Sales Program Manager to join our ever-evolving SMB Channel Sales Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you will drive the strategies, programs, and recognition initiatives that motivate sales performance, strengthen partner engagement, and accelerate revenue growth across the business. Your work will directly influence how sales teams and dealer partners succeed, using data-driven insights and innovative program enhancements to create measurable business impact. As a key partner across Sales, Marketing, Incentives, and Operations, you’ll help build scalable programs that reward excellence, improve seller experiences, and support Global Payments’ mission of empowering businesses worldwide through seamless commerce solutions.

What you'll own as a Sales Program Manager

  • Lead the evolution of high-impact sales programs that increase seller engagement, strengthen performance outcomes, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth across the SMB Channel.

  • Drive program effectiveness through data and insights, identifying opportunities to improve participation, adoption, return on investment, and overall business impact while establishing clear success metrics.

  • Shape recognition and incentive strategies that motivate top performance, influence sales behaviors, and create meaningful opportunities for individuals and teams to exceed business goals.

  • Champion operational excellence across sales initiatives, ensuring programs remain scalable, compliant, and aligned with changing business priorities while delivering a seamless experience for participants and partners.

  • Influence cross-functional decision-making and continuous improvement, partnering with stakeholders to transform feedback, market trends, and performance data into innovative program enhancements that strengthen results.

What you'll bring as a Sales Program Manager

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Program Management, Sales Incentives, Compensation, or related business functions with a track record of delivering measurable results.

  • Strong project and program management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize, execute, and optimize multiple initiatives while maintaining a high level of quality and accountability.

  • Analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions that improve business outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success building partnerships and influencing decisions across diverse teams and levels of the organization.

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with proven experience identifying opportunities, driving change, and enhancing processes, programs, or participant experiences.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience managing sales incentive, partner, channel, or performance recognition programs within a fast-paced sales organization.

  • Knowledge of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) programs and partner engagement strategies.

  • Demonstrated success using feedback, performance metrics, and business insights to improve program adoption, engagement, and return on investment.
