Join Agilent’s multifaceted commercial operations team as a Sales Process Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and optimizing the sales process across multiple business units. Key ResponsibilitiesLead incoming customer inquiries via phone and chat regarding products and services.
Maintain and update supplier registration records and related documentation.
Coordinate the Customer Experience Council, aligning actions and meetings across sales and service managers.
Support bid coordination, primarily for instruments, and assist with consumables and service contracts as needed.
Assist Inside Sales and Field Sales teams with requests related to extended payment terms, pricing adjustments, and special terms.
Act as a liaison between Sales and the Customer Operations Center to ensure smooth order processing.
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; a background in chemistry or a related field is a plus.
1+ years of confirmed experience for entry to this level.
Strong written and spoken English skills (required due to regular interaction with global teams).
Experience with bid management is desirable but not required.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
