Job Title

Sales Principal Specialist

 Summary of the role 

  • In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within a specified geographic territory and/or customer segment as well as for delivering Monthly Sales targets. You'll be expected to collaborate across all aspects of the sales process with the directors of sales teams and regional leaders in building a robust pipeline and ultimately converting them to closed won sales.

In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities 

  • You´ll drive and lead sales approach with prospects and customers with product deep knowledge and demos.
  • You’ll collect feedback and work with Product and Business teams to improve portfolio efficiency.
  • Coordinate and follow up on RFP/RFI responses and manage negotiations to closure.
  • Promote and sell products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, events, and road shows, and deliver sales presentations to senior management.
  • Actively participate in overall marketing activities and programs, contribute to marketing intelligence, and perform market and competitor analysis.

About the ideal candidate 

  • Must have at least 5 years of Hospitality experience
  • Must have business development experience
  • Experience working in sales and catering is preferred
  • B2B sales experience (preferred) with record of exceeding sales targets and selling to senior executives.
  • Expertise in software sales with the ability to create and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills along with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
