Provide consultative sales guidance, educating prospects on product features, use cases, and pricing options
Deliver compelling product walkthroughs or live demos where applicable
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Achieve or exceed monthly targets for conversion rates, qualified opportunities, and closed deals

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to leads, guiding prospective customers through the sales cycle, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions to drive conversions and renewals.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the positive, high-energy sales culture.
Accurately document customer interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce (or other CRM tools).
Support subscription renewals and identify upsell opportunities where applicable.
Minimize customer churn by ensuring timely and successful renewals through proactive engagement and issue resolution
Leverage CRM and analytics tools to manage renewal forecasts and track key metrics like renewal rate and expansion revenue.
Gather and share customer feedback to help improve product adoption and reduce renewal friction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and competitors to handle objections effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of previous sales experience required (inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales experience preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS
Proven track record of working with small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs)
Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple, business-focused terms
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Collaborative, self-starter attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed
Flexibility to adapt to different hours of operation
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
High-energy, goal-oriented, and a strong team player
Customer-first mindset with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience working with mid-market customers and handling subscription renewals is a plus (but not required)
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus (but not required)
