What we’re looking for

The Sales PMO Intern supports the Global Sales PMO team with coordination, reporting, data consolidation and internal communication.

The role is designed as a learning internship, providing exposure to sales governance, CRM, customer and opportunity tracking, and cross-functional ways of working.

Mission

The Sales PMO Intern helps the Sales PMO keep sales information, meeting material and action tracking structured and up to date.

  • Support sales reporting, CRM data checks and simple analysis.

  • Help track customer, pipeline and opportunity information.

  • Prepare and update meeting materials, trackers and SharePoint content.

  • Support internal communication such as newsletters and townhall preparation.

  • Contribute to Sales improvement activities through documentation and coordination.

Main Responsibilities

1. Sales Reporting & Analysis Support

  • Collect and consolidate data for sales, pipeline and customer reporting.

  • Prepare simple analysis and summaries under guidance from Sales PMO.

  • Support updates to dashboards, CRM reports and standard templates.

  • Use available digital tools to make research and reporting more efficient.

2. Sales PMO & Governance Support

  • Help prepare agendas, presentations and follow-up material for Sales meetings.

  • Maintain action trackers, meeting notes, decision logs and project status updates.

  • Collect inputs from regions, GKAMs and supporting functions.

  • Follow up on open actions and share status with the Sales PMO team.

3. Internal Sales Communication

  • Assist with Sales newsletters, townhall material and internal announcements.

  • Coordinate inputs, timelines and practical preparation for communication activities.

  • Help communicate key Sales priorities, achievements and initiatives in a clear format.

4. Sales Projects & Continuous Improvement Support

  • Support Sales improvement projects with planning, tracking and documentation.

  • Help map simple processes and collect feedback from users.

  • Support implementation activities such as training material, meeting logistics and follow-up.

Key Deliverables

  • Updated sales reports, dashboards and simple analysis.

  • Meeting packs, action trackers and follow-up summaries.

  • CRM data quality checks and reporting support.

  • SharePoint updates and maintained Sales material.

  • Newsletter, townhall and internal communication support.

  • Process documentation and project tracking support.

Interfaces and Boundaries

The Sales PMO Intern works under guidance from the Global Sales PMO team and supports Sales Management, GKAMs, Regional Sales and relevant functions.

Required Profile

  • University student in Business, Engineering, Economics or similar.

  • Structured, curious and willing to learn.

  • Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.

  • Comfortable working with data, digital tools and CRM systems.

  • Able to coordinate inputs and follow up in a clear and professional way.

  • Strong written and verbal in English.

  • Interest in automotive, Sales, strategy or project management.

  • Previous internship, student project or part-time business experience is a plus.

  • Currently enrolled as a university student in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a similar field
  • Structured, curious, and willing to learn
  • Good Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Comfort working with data, digital tools, and CRM systems

  • Strong written and verbal English skills
