Job Description
The purpose of this position is to assess and execute the planning process, controlling and reporting for overall Sales KPIs for a specific customer team and to achieve operational excellence
Plan Sales KPI data for CF and Business Planning Cycles in close cooperation with the Sales Customer Team. Carry out data analysis for explaining KPI movement between cycles.
Execute Yearly BBM Sales Planning exercise in close cooperation with the Sales Customer Team.
Support Sales teams on Price Management with inputs on Big 5, Exchange Rate, Commercial Re-pricing topics.
Control & report Key Sales KPIs namely Acquisition Target (AcT), Price Change Rate (PCR), Price claims, Sales head count, volumes & Turnover, Special Earnings (SE) , Coverage Special Sales (CSS), & Accruals as per defined reporting frequencies.
Check and escalate commercial concerns / risks for appropriate management interventions / decisions
Ensure fulfilment of reporting requirements as per IFRS and IND-AS requirements.
Qualifications
B.E (any stream) or MBA (Finance / Operations Management) or ICWA/ CA (Candidates pursuing these courses may also apply)
2-6 years of automotive experience in Sales, Sales Controlling, Plant/ Corporate Controlling or Marketing
Team player with good analytical skills and flair to work with numbers.
