In this role, you’ll guide customers in finding the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle while delivering a seamless and enjoyable buying experience from start to finish. We set you up for success with a salary-based training program, a dedicated mentor during your first few months, and a clear path to transition into a highly rewarding commission-based plan—with the potential to earn $40,000 to $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Understand and promote available financing options
  • Follow up with potential leads and clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive industry a plus
  • Consenting to a Background Check

Qualifications
  • Great customer service skills
  • Self motivated
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving history
