To support our business, we are looking for a Temporary Order administration representative that will focus on the EMEA market.

Position Summary:

In this role, you'll find your base at our welcoming Ghent office in Belgium, where a team of 30 colleagues eagerly awaits your arrival.

Our Ghent office serves our valued clients and colleagues across the European territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for their administrative needs, ensuring they receive exceptional support and service.
• You will be the key point person for processing various types of orders. Your attention to detail will be critical in accurately recording these orders in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Timely communication and coordination with our Sales and Support teams are essential. You will need to update backlog schedules promptly when there are changes from our manufacturing centers or third-party vendors.
• You will take charge of shipping arrangements and the import customs clearance process for our products, ensuring they reach our customers efficiently.
• You will use our CRM System daily, keeping account information up-to-date and ensuring efficient communication.
• Collaboration is key in our organization. You will work closely with our Sales Team, Finance Department, and Management to contribute to our sales growth and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should:

• Communicate fluently in English. Dutch and German is a plus. 
• Demonstrate proficiency in Office 365, with previous experience in a CRM system preferred.
• Be independent, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understand international trade terms, including incoterms and special payment methods.
• Should be independent, organized, detail-oriented and have good interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• If you have experience with JDE or Salesforce, it would be a significant advantage.
