The PRU Project Support Sales Order Administrator (SOA) is responsible for processing a Windchill Bill of Material into a service order so the planners and buyers procure the required project hardware in support of the customer shipment date. Sales Order Administrator tracks project parts availability and develops recovery plans for parts not supporting build, test or shipping dates. In addition to this, provides parts update to Project Managers, making sure there a plan to ship the project with parts complete or with shortages. Also, SOA works with Global Trade Compliance to assign tariff codes and classification of parts.
 
SOA is responsible to upload pricing into BAAN to support project commercials invoices for international projects shipment and provides complete and accurate packing and crating definition to Shipping-Logistic teams.
 
SOA works closely with Factory Precommissioning (FPC) team to support parts and systems that will be used during test. SOA has a responsibility to work with Packing team to coordinate the materials release for packing to meet project Readiness to Ship. Keeps closer communication with Traffic team to collects drop ship materials to be delivered either to a packer or customer site.
 
In the Early Talent EE, expecting is to follow the processes being guided by Sr SOAs while getting the knowledge for the role and getting familiar with Solar operations, this process will take from 3 months to 6 months to be familiar and starting to support projects but with the support of Sr SOA,  up to 1 year to have solid knowledge and being efficient and reliable in the SOA role.
 Degree for SOA Early Talent job role:
-    Any professional career as Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, Logistic Engineer, Administration and Process Engineer will be  in synch to support SOAs activities.
-    What knowledge or Education to be found:
o    Inventory management.
o    Processes and Supply Chain.
o    Finance and costs.
o    Quality.

-    Minimum qualifications
o    English (written and spoken).
o    Microsoft Office.
o    Multitask.
o    College degree 
o    Internship in Turbotec (is a plus)
