The Sales Operations Optimization Supervisor is responsible for driving excellence and value across all business operations through performance optimization. This role serves as a key liaison, educator, and partner within Agribusiness Philippines, working with various teams, including Feeds Sales, Marketing, NITR, and QM, as well as external partners such as Animal Production Specialists and business customers. The supervisor will collect and analyze performance data, implement training programs, manage optimization initiatives, and ensure alignment with corporate goals, culture, and business outcomes.
QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:
- Human Resources Management
- Organizational Development
- Psychology
- Education or Training and Development
- Business Administration
- Communications
- Master’s degree or additional certifications in Training & Development, Business Optimization, or Project Management is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, training & development, business optimization, or a related field.
- Proven track record in data analysis, process improvement, and digital solutions implementation.
License/s:
- Relevant certifications in business analytics, training & development, or project management are preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and digital training platforms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Data analysis and reporting related to training effectiveness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
