We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Lead to join our growing EMEA Revenue Operations team.

As an experienced Sales Ops Lead, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow. You will work very closely with the EMEA sales team & Business Operations stakeholders as well as others in the organization to drive best practices by standardizing reporting packs and sales processes methodologies, improve failure points within the existing sales processes, ensure data accuracy and full adoption of tools and procedures by the field which drives greater visibility and predictability as well as optimize and grow efficiency using automated tools and data.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven experience in Sales /Customer Success / Business Operations experience, who is passionate about building and scaling an operation from the ground up and feels very comfortable around tools and systems.

Please note this role is based on site in our London office 3 days a week*


About The Role:

Key responsibilities: 



  • Manage and own end-to-end business projects - work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, from the initiation and evaluation stages to the execution and roll-out stages
  • Provide the link between the technical and business views of the systems and tools by ensuring that the technical solutions being rolled out will satisfy the needs of the business.
  • Help build the tools, reports and processes to measure business metrics and KPIs
  • Drive improvements and initiate innovative projects in relation to existing customers management, retention and sales management
  • Deliver excellent systems and solutions to our internal and external teams from effective and efficient technical flows, user experience to data integrity
  • Provide leadership and be the primary point of contact for Power users and field members
  • Provides content for reference materials as well as training collateral i. FAQ, Training guides and any other related communication around tools and resources
  • Be a trusted business partner to the business leadership
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure reports are translated to actions and results are monitored.

  • 7+ years of professional work experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations or customer success operations at B2B SaaS company (preferable)
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce CRM Admin or Salesforce CRM Business Owner is a must
  • Ability to drive multiple projects in a cross-functional environment while managing key stakeholder expectations and timelines
  • Ability to problem-solve and use interpersonal skills to communicate solutions and influence outcomes
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skill set to effectively collaborate with various divisions in the organization
  • Strong quantitative capabilities with passion for numbers and analytics
  • Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive kind of a person
