The Role
The team you’ll be joining

At Doctolib, the Sales Operations (Sales Ops) team is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of all our sales team, while maintaining a top level of motivation, drive and passion. The Sales Ops team is composed of 10+ highly motivated people in charge of the organisation, strategy, data, process, tooling and coaching of our 300+ Sales and Consultants. 


The Sales Ops team reports to the Sales Ops Director directly under the direction of the VP Growth and Strategy of France.


You will work closely with Product Marketing, Data, Finance, Sales teams as well as top Sales and Marketing FR leadership. You will have a pivotal impact on improving the performance of our sales teams and increasing our revenues.


What you’ll do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Strategy
    • Collaborate with other Ops Teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with Doctolib’s business objectives. Prepare the monthly business overviews shared with senior leadership (incl. COMEX members).
    • Create actionable insights from complex data sets to support strategic decision-making and present recommendations to senior leadership. 

  • Performance monitoring : 
    • Develop and implement sales forecasting models to improve accuracy and reliability of our performance 
    • Pilot sales performance by monitoring closely most important KPIs (MRR, CVR, M1, LTV, Churn, Discount…) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Business Planning and forecasting : work hand-in-hand with Finance and Sales director to build reliable performance forecast for the short, mid and long term 

  • Dashboarding: Build and maintain sales performance dashboards for Sales teams and FR leadership 
  • Data analysis : Deep-dive analysis on sales metrics to identify trends, insights and areas of improvement 
  • Project management : Support the implementation of strategic projects (sales organisation, discount strategy, sales coaching, revamp of existing process…)

Who you are

  • You have a Masters Degree from an Engineering or Business school
  • You have 3/4 years of experience in an ops/business-analytics or strategic role (consulting, data/business analyst, ops & analytics…)
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You like the stretch between imagining new solutions and getting into the detail of implementation and operations
  • You are proficient with SQL and are used to crunching data on a daily basis with your favorite tools (Metabase, Tableau, Gsheet…) 
  • You have a first knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools
  • You have proven project management skills, having worked with various stakeholders. You have great communication, interpersonal skills and generate trust with your peers 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • You are autonomous and own your projects with an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • You are native speaker in French and fluent in English.

  • 60’ with the Talent Partner
  • 60’ with the Hiring Manager, our Sales Business Analytics Lead
  • Case study : preparation (1 week) and restitution (60’) with the Hiring Manager and the Sales Ops Director.
