Our client is a well-established tours and travel company based in Tanzania, renowned for delivering exceptional travel experiences across East Africa. With a strong reputation for excellence, customer satisfaction, and curated itineraries that showcase the beauty and diversity of the region, our client has become a trusted name in the industry.

As part of its growth strategy, our client is now expanding into the Kenyan market and is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Person to lead and establish its operations in Kenya. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cross-border expansion and to shape the future of the brand in a new and thriving market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will oversee day-to-day operations of the tours and travel division.

  • You will generate leads and close deals to grow the customer base and revenue.

  • You will manage trip planning, itinerary execution, and logistical coordination.

  • You will ensure compliance with travel regulations, health & safety standards, and internal policies.

  • You will monitor budgets and control operational costs.

  • You will resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction throughout the travel experience.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience within the travel and tourism industry.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Kenyan travel market, destinations, and operations.

  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency in business tools and systems (e.g., CRM, MS Office, booking platforms).

  • Must be transparent, loyal, and reliable, with a high level of integrity.
