We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated early-career professional to join our Sales Operations team supporting our software businesses. This role is ideal for someone looking to build foundational experience in merchant services, systems, and operational support within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will assist with core Sales Operations administrative processes and support merchant application workflows. You will partner with Sales, Business Development, Underwriting, and internal support teams to ensure accurate information, organized documentation, and smooth coordination across stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate who is organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a detail-focused, process-driven role. In this position, you will make immediate contributions to the organization.
Job duties/responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate Salesforce data by updating opportunities and related records based on provided information
Ensuring Salesforce required fields and data points are complete and accurate
Support data quality efforts by identifying and correcting inconsistencies in system records
Partner with Sales Operations and Salesforce Admin teams on basic system updates and administrative tasks
Cross-train with team members to build broader understanding of Sales Operations processes
Supporting Sales teams with merchant application completion and required documentation
Reviewing merchant application packages for completeness and identifying missing information prior to submission
Support communication with Underwriting and internal partners during the application process
Learn and apply foundational knowledge of card brands (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and merchant services processes
Maintain and update documentation and internal support guides
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to work in the Lenexa, KS office (3 days per week)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or internship exposure in operations, administrative support, or business-related roles
Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools
Exposure to payments, financial services, or SaaS environments
