Sales Operations Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Creating and revising quotes for sales executives
- Setting up renewal opportunities and quotes in Salesforce
- Working closely with our preferred vendors and internal departments
- Processing closed won opportunities in Salesforce and ERP
- Closing out lost opportunities in Salesforce
- CRM maintenance and upkeep as needed
- Assisting sales team with RFP/RFQ submissions
- Running reports in ERP and CRM
- Administrative support for sales team
- Special Projects as assigned
Required Skills:
- Detail oriented, with proven organizational and logical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with a calm, positive attitude and adapt to a growing company through process changes and updates
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with software programs such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Sales administration experience
