DMS System Administrator(backend)-
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring accurate operation of the Dealer Management System (DMS) backend, including account and data management, system integration with CRM/SAP, data quality control, and coordination with Channel Managers, APAC teams for process improvements.
Tasks:
System Administration
Register new accounts in CRM upon dealer’s DMS account creation request and ensure proper synchronization between CRM and DMS
Manage user account permissions and data access scope (by dealer/internal sales users)
Define and administer user permission levels (view / edit / admin)
Support preparation and distribution of initial manuals/guides in collaboration with Channel Manager to ensure accurate account information input by dealers.
Provide support for maintaining pricing and masterdata in both the CRM and ERP systems.
Verify data consistency between CRM and SAP and support error correction

Data Management & Quality Control
Upload Funnel Data entered by dealers in DMS into CRM and share updates with the sales team
Compare DMS Funnel and Inventory data with CRM and SAP records to validate consistency and identify discrepancies
Manage assignment of new CRM accounts to the appropriate dealer within DMS (via auto-assignment or manual adjustment when required)
Understand and apply account mapping rules (e.g., Post Code, Market, Market Type)
Provide support for pricing and masterdata in both the CRM and ERP systems
Act as a gatekeeper for all CRM and SAP data
Provide administrative support using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, BO, etc. as required in relation to data maintenance and management requirements
Work with all internal stakeholders to support all requirements in relation to data management
Support all stakeholders with reporting on key data points from both our CRM and SAP systems
Ensure accuracy of data reporting through data management and report quality validation
Understand SAP return and replacement processes and reflect corresponding transactions appropriately in DMS
System Enhancement Support
Review improvement requests collected by Channel Manager and implement in backend
Identify improvement opportunities in data flow and system operation, and propose/test enhancements
Collaborate with Eppendorf China to implement and test new features

Tasks:
Work with Sales and Marketing when agreed to assist with lead development
Utilise existing install base to develop additional service revenue in selected market segments and customers
Utilise available social media platforms and marketing programs to improve overall customer engagement in selected customer groups or market segments
Receive and manage quotation inquiries via phone calls, emails, and KakaoTalk, and accurately route them to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

espond to customer inquiries regarding products, providing clear and accurate information to support purchasing decisions.
Identify and qualify quotation inquiries with sales potential, and create sales leads for follow-up by the sales team.
Monitor procurement and bidding opportunities posted on the Government e-Procurement System (Nara Market), generate relevant leads, and forward them to the responsible sales representatives.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or system administration (CRM/ERP or other similar systems) ·
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite ·
Hands-on experience with SAP, especially SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module ·
Familiarity with CRM systems (account, order, and data flow management) ·
Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously ·
Good communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders ·
Business-level English for collaboration with APAC teams .
