Core responsibilities:
Enter commercial data to internal systems on behalf of Sales Team (e.g. contracts, customer forecasts)
Providing administrative support for free of charge sample requests
Providing SFDC administration support for EMEA Sales Team
Be Partner with Sales Teams to proactively identify gaps or weak spots in sales process that require new solutions and manage these tasks on behalf of the Sales Team
Additionally:
Close cooperation with Customer Service Team, Master Data, Customer Advocacy
Development of a strong relationship with our Sales Team to become a source of information
Providing on boarding training to new sales people
Requirements:
Fluency in English (necessary condition),
Higher education (min. Bachelor's degree),
Good knowledge of the SAP system,
High interpersonal skills, facilitating networking and maintaining relationships
Ability to work in a team,
Conscientiousness and commitment to the job.
