Our flagship product lets businesses send OTP codes with the best price-to-conversion ratio on the market, dynamically selecting the most effective channel in real time (optimized SMS, WhatsApp, and more) while actively blocking spam and fraud that legacy providers miss.

Founded in 2022 by former Zenly team members who lived the pain of broken SMS authentication firsthand, we're already serving fast-growing companies across Europe and are expanding into the US.

But authentication is only the starting point - we're building the platform for trust at scale, with an ambitious roadmap of market-defining products ahead.

About the role

Prelude is building a GTM machine, and we’re looking for a founding RevOps hire to architect the system behind it. You'll design, implement, and optimize the processes, systems and infrastructure that power the team, with responsibility for forecasting accuracy, pipeline integrity, performance visibility, territory planning, and more.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role to build from the ground up, reporting directly to our CEO.

Your role will include:

• Building and running a rigorous forecasting process across regions and segments.

• Establishing clear pipeline definitions

• Analyzing conversion rates and sales velocity to drive performance improvements

• Partnering with leadership on weekly pipeline reviews and forecast calls

• Optimizing HubSpot (including workflows and automations)

• Ensuring data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and system integrity

• Developing dashboards and reporting frameworks

• Tracking quota attainment, productivity metrics, and territory performance

• Providing insights on win/loss trends, deal cycles, and capacity planning

• Assisting in quota setting and compensation plan modelling

What are we looking for?

• Experience in RevOps, ideally from high growth B2B SaaS

• Expertise with HubSpot, including reporting, workflows, and automations.

• Experience owning forecasting processes and pipeline analytics.

• Familiarity with territory planning, quota setting, and comp modelling.

• Confidence operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ideally, familiarity with modern GTM tooling (Clari, Outreach, Gong, Looker, etc.)

• Fluency in English (we're an international team)

• Excitement and enthusiasm for our product and growth trajectory
