Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist – HV Americas

Location:

Job Description: As a Sales Operations Specialist – Americas in the High Voltage Products (PGHV) Business Unit you will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and supporting the sales teams across the Americas. This position involves managing sales data, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Management: Coordinate and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales teams, including tracking sales performance and preparing reports.
  • Customer Service: Assist in addressing sales teams’ inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product and Market Knowledge: Develop a general understanding of the market, industry and company's high voltage portfolio to effectively support the sales team.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize various sales tools and software to enhance sales operations and communication.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues to improve sales processes and outcomes.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Change Management: Ability to drive change and ensure alignment within and across multiple teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Marketing & Sales function such as Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Analyst or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce.com and Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
