The Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our EMEA revenue operations team.

You will work closely with our EMEA Sales leadership and EMEA Revenue Operations team to drive growth and efficiency within the SDR team. 

This is an instrumental role for our revenue operations department, with significant responsibility and impact on the business and its results. 

You will be playing an instrumental role for our revenue departments in driving strategy and daily operations and impacting the business. 

Please note this role requires attending our London office 3 days a week*


About The Role:

Key responsibilities:



  • Work closely with EMEA Rev Ops & Regional Sales Development leadership teams to assist with deployment of operational aspects of Outbound programs, procedures and policies including roles, processes and methodologies that must be implemented to support these.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to drive data-influenced decisions. 
  • Identify pain points and business opportunities across the marketing funnel, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Support implementation of SDR programs for outreach and lead qualification as well as tactics with geo-based teams.
  • Drive Regional Sales specific initiatives, and represent regional needs in broader sales and operations strategy teams
  • Manage dashboards and workspaces, lead data meetings and support day-to-day operations for the SDR function.
  • Manage the effective execution of tasks/processes on any project, as well as deliverables, milestones and implementation
  • Maintain salesforce data hygiene for our Leads and Pipeline opportunity management cycles and drive operational cadence for the daily and ongoing sales operations

Requirements

Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations roles or similar (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce (including manipulating large data sets), Google Sheets/ Excel, and BI tools (Looker/Tableau, SQL - an advantage)
  • Experience supporting SDR or BDR functions with Sales or Marketing organizations..
  • Experience presenting data to management, and translating complex data and trends into clear actionable insights
  • Curious, proactive, ambitious, loves solving complex problems and excited to help others and share the success
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills - this is key to success in this role
