Onera Health is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our users of SalesForce.com (SFDC) to optimize our sales processes, and ensure the efficient and effective use of SFDC. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer with a dotted reporting line to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities
SFDC Administration:
- Manage and optimize Salesforce platform, overseeing system administration, customization, and integration with other business applications to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Execute and support sales processes, workflows, and best practices to streamline operations and workflows, reports, dashboards and automation to improve sales productivity.
- Support lead management and tracking processes, partner with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure seamless integration with sales initiatives
Data Analysis and Reporting & commercial forecasting:
- Generate, validate, and analyze sales reports and metrics to provide insights into sales performance for sales and Onera leadership and other stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support Finance reporting through data pull through from SFDC into Financial reporting including PowerPoint decks and spreadsheets
- SFDC User Support: Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires. Provide support to the sales team, including troubleshooting SFDC issues and assisting with sales inquiries, ad hoc report generation and dashboard creation; management of report and dashboards and accessibility by various users of SFDC
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Professional proficiency in English
- Proficiency in SFDC administration and customization
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, medical device industry experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Working understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
