The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining, creating, and updating product configurators and catalogs in CPQ, validating CCR requests, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting Order Management with CPQ errors. The role also involves collaborating with IT for system improvements and resolving Sales Concierge tickets alongside PLM and Sales teams.

Maintain and update product configurators and catalogs in CPQ 

  • Create new configurators when new product lines are created 

  • Maintain and update current configurators per PLM requests 

  • Provide status of all CCR requests (Config & Catalog Requests)assigned to you 

  • Validate all requests are complete and all information is correct with PLM prior to starting any requested work 

  • Ensure data tables are correct and up to date in CPQ 

  • Assist Order Management in clearing any CPQ errors that are impacting orders from being booked correctly 

Work in partnership with IT on improving and implementing new CPQ and SFDC features, enhancements, error fixes, and validation rules along with implementing new and easily maintainable ways to construct configurators. Work with PLM and Sales to resolve any Sales Concierge tickets assigned to you. 

  • Experience working with Agile, Oracle CPQ or related systems and Sales Force. 

  • Strong knowledge using Excel, experience with Smart Sheet is a plus 

  • Experience with a manufacturing environment, telecommunications preferred.
