InCharge Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives, and driving data-driven decision-making. 

This position is ideal for someone who understands the mindset of a salesperson but excels in data analytics, process optimization, and operational efficiency. A successful candidate will have a cooperative and courteous personality, with an analytical approach. Success will rely on a strong ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving start-up environment. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator will play a vital administrative role within the sales team, focusing on data, analytics, process improvements, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

What You’ll Do

  • Key component in the sales order processing workflow, ensuring adherence to sales processes and procedures end-to-end
  • Support Account Executives, Project Managers, Program Managers and Resellers (VARs) with creating and submitting quotes and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) to review and structure deals, ensuring compliance with pricing policies, contractual terms, and operational requirements
  • Provide real-time support to the sales team by guiding them through deal processes, reviewing contracts, and ensuring that deals are executed efficiently while adhering to company policies and customer requirements
  • Provide comprehensive support to sellers, helping them streamline their workflows and focus on revenue-generating activities
  • Assist sellers with troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations and quick resolutions
  • Maintain open communication with sellers to understand their needs and proactively offer solutions
  • Work cross-functionally to support the sales cycle, including pre- and post-sale activities
  • Build deep working relationships and trust with partner teams across the organization
  • Perform data entry duties related to metrics, sales figures, and other key data
  • Analyze and expedite data requests, enter/revise sales orders, and update shipping information as needed
  • Maintain open communication with sellers to understand their needs and proactively offer solutions
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales information, identifying and correcting discrepancies as necessary
  • Support the organization and cataloging of detailed documentation of sales processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and Teams; organize meetings between internal and third-party team members

Your Experience and Capabilities

  • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience (data entry, running reports)
  • 1-2 years of analytics experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Adaptability to the changing dynamics of a start-up business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and follow directions
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt and learn new software and technologies

US Hourly Range

$23$25 USD
