We are looking for 

The Sales Ops Specialist will act as a key member of the Sales Operations team, supporting the operational structure across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role combines technical execution (CRM, automation, reporting) with process optimization to ensure scalable and efficient workflows. You will work closely with the Sales Ops Manager, becoming his technical counterpart to execute projects, manage Salesforce governance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Ops and Customer Success Ops.

Your role in BizAway

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM (governance, data quality, automation, validation rules).
  • Build and manage dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Support weekly and monthly data loads and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Design, test, and deploy automation flows in Salesforce and connected tools.
  • Identify inefficiencies in lead management, pipeline tracking, or account processes, and propose scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops on lead generation tracking and nurturing flows.
  • Support Customer Success in implementing tracking and operational workflows (Cases, Jira/Zendesk flows, integrations).
  • Act as a liaison with the Data team to ensure revenue-related metrics are consistent across platforms (Salesforce, Qlik, internal platform).
  • Participate in special projects (e.g., compensation plans, reporting frameworks, customer experience metrics).
  • Provide stakeholders with actionable insights from Salesforce and related systems.
  • Support analysis of KPIs (sales cycle, pipeline health, customer retention metrics).

Your basic qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or CRM Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Admin-level skills: automation, workflows, reporting).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data/BI).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

We are also interested in

  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with Customer Success tools (Zendesk, Jira, Service Cloud).

Skills Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration
  • Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience, including automation, workflows, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data or BI stakeholders
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo
  • Familiarity with customer success tools such as Zendesk, Jira, or Service Cloud
