Sales Operations Specialist- Tools & Platforms
Supports the North America and Latin America sales teams through reporting, CRM support, data analysis, and process coordination. Assists with maintaining Salesforce data quality, developing Tableau reports, and supporting commercial processes that help drive sales effectiveness and business growth. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to develop expertise in sales operations, business analytics, and commercial systems.
Responsibilities- Support sales teams across North America and Latin America by providing reporting, analytics, and operational assistance.
- Maintain and update Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support sales performance tracking and business reviews.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Help identify data quality issues and support initiatives to improve CRM adoption and process compliance.
- Respond to routine Salesforce and reporting questions from sales team members.
- Partner with Sales Operations team members to troubleshoot system issues and escalate more complex requests as needed.
- Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, and KPI monitoring.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial Excellence teams to support business initiatives.
- Participate in process improvement projects and system enhancement initiatives.
- Document procedures, training materials, and reporting requirements.
- Support user training and onboarding activities related to Salesforce and reporting tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
