We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team!
Grata’s Revenue Operations team sits at the center of revenue execution, partnering closely with Sales, CS, Finance, and Leadership to ensure smooth commercial operations from our revenue teams. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the systems, processes, and reporting that help our Sales organization operate efficiently and scale effectively. This is an opportunity to directly impact pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth while helping build a world-class revenue engine.
Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Central Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
At Grata, we will expect you to:
Partner with Sales leadership to improve and scale processes across pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and opportunity management.
Maintain and optimize Salesforce data quality, workflows, and reporting to ensure accurate visibility into sales performance.
Build and deliver reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights into pipeline health, sales activity, conversion rates, and forecast attainment.
Support core sales operations processes including territory management, lead routing, account assignment, and sales performance tracking.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity, data integrity, and decision-making across the Sales organization.
What We Are Looking For
2–3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Consulting, or a similar analytical role within a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
Experience working in Salesforce, with familiarity in sales engagement, prospecting, and reporting tools considered a plus.
High analytical rigor with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support both leadership and frontline sales teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process.
