Role and Responsibilities
Skills and Qualifications
- Provide internal and external support for Memory, System LSI, Display, Foundry and CSS products for a defined customer base
- Enter customer orders in accordance with Sales / HQ directions and company guidelines
- SCM coordination and collaboration with other internal teams to ensure smooth flow of product to the customers
- Arrange deliveries in conjunction with HQ, Warehouses and Logistics Service Providers
- Provide real-time updates to customers regarding delivery status
- Ensure accurate invoicing according to company guidelines and KPI targets
- Monitor account status in conjunction with Credit Control to avoid overdue invoices and maximize company KPI achievement
- Manage samples, recalls and returns for the above mentioned products as required
- Support other team members during absence and/or as needed, including at month end
