Purpose of Job:
The Sales Ops Project Manager leads project management for Sales Operations and Onboarding teams. This includes coordinating the efforts of all necessary team members to deliver projects according to plan. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, detail oriented, has excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a team player. These skills are applied in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, prioritization, coordinating all resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of all assigned projects to peers and leadership.
This role collaborates with Sales Operations team, Onboarding team and key stakeholders in departments such as Sales, IT, Marketing, Finance, Distributor Operations, Supply Chain, Account Management, and Revenue Management.
Job Components:
- Develop, manage and report on project plans to drive sales team results
- Schedule, facilitate, document, and drive Sales Cycle meeting progress, communication, alignment, and committed actions
- Effectively communicate expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Support the customization of sales materials and RFPs to ensure customer-facing materials are cohesive, accurate, and delivered on-time
- Partner with the Sales Planning Manager to ensure Pipeline standard work and reporting is understood and executed by Sales Leads
- Partner with Sales Operations Manager and Onboarding Manager to ensure account deliverables and milestones adhere to committed customer timelines, and support process improvements
- Ensure Sales team member execution aligns to our Sales Operations and Onboarding standard work
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks and issues throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare and communicate progress reports, presentations, requirements, reporting, and risk and issues mitigation to Sales Operations Manager and Onboarding Manager
- Effectively maintain positive relationships, navigate cross-functional dynamics and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze Sales Operations and Onboarding results and troubleshoot problem areas
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role.

Work effectively in team environment and manage multiple concurrent project timelines and resources.

Strong familiarity with project management software, Smartsheet, MS Project and MS Project Server.

Advanced personal computer and MS Office skills including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.

Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
