High-Level Position Summary:
Are you passionate about patient care and helping people live active lives? As a key member of the Field Services Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced Sr Sales Operations & Pricing Analyst to join our team in our Lewisville, TX office.
This role will support our Sales Team and be responsible for pricing and field sales analytics, Salesforce.com Reporting Development, PowerBI Dashboards, as well as various high exposure. Candidates for this role should be experienced in rep-level and executive-level reporting, pricing, quotas, forecasting, data management, and have advanced PowerBI and Salesforce.com skills. This role will split time between supporting the sales field with PowerBI Dashboards but will also work on update financial reporting with a focus towards pricing analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
- Effectively and efficiently collect, manage, and analyze pricing forecasting and guidelines, and use expertise to improve revenue and pricing processes.
- Performs advanced data analysis to solve business problems/service requests using SQL and similar tools.
- Identifies areas of improvement for data quality, helping to resolve data quality problems through the error detection and correction, process control and improvement, and/or process design strategies.
- Ensures Master Data integrity in key systems to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Collaborates with SMEs and data stewards to define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs that ensure Enterprise Data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
- Provides support in the form of GP Analysis, ROI and strategic planning for both the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
- Leads complex customer pricing discrepancy investigations, ensuring timely resolution and clear and concise communication throughout.
- Provides ongoing recommendations on process improvements and ways to automate and streamline daily operations.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically related to data reporting/mining, business strategy, Sales Operations, or related field equivalent.
- Ability to apply a detailed understanding of financial concepts and principles to business operations.
- Ability to conceptualize and apply analytical techniques to build models for analyzing quantitative data.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables), MS Access, MS PowerPoint, ERP systems, CRM systems and database extraction.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, SalesForce.com, Data Warehousing, Power BI, and/or Birst.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related field
Travel Requirements:
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required
Desired Qualifications:
- Pricing and price bidding experience.
- Master Data Management (MDM) experience.
- IDN, GPO and RFP analysis experience.
