About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly analytical, transformation-minded, and customer-focused professional with exceptional collaboration skills and strong knowledge of sales processes to serve as Sales Operations Manager for one of our Customer Units (CU).
In this role, you will accelerate sales performance, operational efficiency, and commercial transformation through optimized sales processes, advanced analytics, sales tooling, automation, and AI-enabled insights. You will influence the evolution of Sales Operations across the CU, driving simplification, standardization, and digital acceleration.
This is a build-and-transform role. While the long-term vision is increased automation and scale, many current processes are highly manual and transactional. The ideal candidate is energized by hands-on execution, learns quickly, and views manual work as an opportunity to identify, design, and implement better, automated ways of working.
What you will do:
  • Lead ongoing enhancement of Sales Processes and Tools (e.g., Salesforce) with a strong focus on simplification, automation, and user experience.
  • Ensure adherence to global directives, guidelines, and governance models across the CU.
  • Improve funnel management, pipeline accuracy, and data quality through proactive oversight and best-practice execution.
  • Own and execute day-to-day operational activities, including detailed and manual tasks, while continuously identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Drive CU-level transformation initiatives to modernize operational workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and build scalable digital processes.
  • Serve as transformation change agent, aligning stakeholders on new ways of working and driving accountability for adoption.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Generative AI use cases across Sales Operations, including reporting automation, content generation, and opportunity analysis.
  • Translate hands-on operational experience into practical AI and automation use cases that improve efficiency and quality.

The skills you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field OR 3+ years of experience supporting Sales or Commercial functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to execution.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Process improvement, corporate governance, and change management.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, commercial governance, and forecasting processes.
  • Executive presence and the ability to lead through ambiguity with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A hands-on, proactive work style with the willingness to roll up your sleeves, handle detailed transactional work, and balance execution with transformation.
  • Hands on experience driving Sales Operations Transformation, including operating model redesign and end to end process modernization.
  • Background in telecom, cloud, technology, or enterprise software (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools, CRM intelligence platforms (Salesforce Einstein, Dynamics Copilot, Gong AI), or predictive analytics solutions.
  • Exposure to automation technologies such as RPA (UiPath, Power Automate), workflow engines, or low code/no code automation platforms.
  • Ability to design or support automated dashboards, KPI scorecards, and data quality improvement initiatives.
