We are looking for a Program Manager – Sales Operations to drive cross-functional sales initiatives, improve sales productivity, and ensure operational excellence across the sales lifecycle. This role will own strategic programs, process optimization, sales enablement initiatives, and analytics that directly impact revenue growth and efficiency.
About the roleSales Program & Initiative Management- Lead end-to-end planning, execution & implementation of sales operations programs (Productivity optimization, territory planning, compensation rollout, forecasting improvements, new product launch, enablement launches).
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of sales programs (e.g., new product launches, pricing changes, incentives, vertical expansion, GTM motions).
- Translate company revenue goals into structured sales programs with clear timelines, owners, and success metrics.
- Drive rollout and adoption of sales initiatives across regions, segments, and channels.
- Partner with Operations, Sales Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to drive alignment on revenue programs.
- Own program timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Design, document, and optimize sales processes across lead-to-cash, pipeline management, deal reviews, and renewals.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Drive standardization and governance across regions and sales teams.
Sales Enablement & Readiness
Ensure sales teams are trained and equipped with the right tools, playbooks, and collateral.
Coordinate onboarding and ongoing enablement for new programs, products, and processes.
Gather frontline feedback to continuously refine programs
- Act as a key stakeholder for CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and other sales tech stack tools.
- Work with IT/RevOps on system enhancements, integrations, and user adoption.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and reporting integrity.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for all sales programs (e.g., pipeline impact, conversion rates, ARR, deal velocity).
- Build dashboards and executive-level reporting to track performance and ROI.
- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and recommend optimizations.
- Build and manage dashboards on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, win/loss, productivity, and program impact.
- Support quarterly and annual planning with robust analysis.
- Influence senior sales leaders without direct authority.
- Drive adoption of new processes and tools through effective communication, training, and change management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership.
- 4–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional programs in a sales or revenue environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / Enterprise Sales environments.
- Exposure to sales compensation, forecasting, or territory planning.
- PMP / Agile / Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Experience working with global or multi-region sales teams.
