Sales Operations Manager

This position plays a key role in driving performance excellence in global sales programs. By managing offshore BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) vendor sales programs, you will ensure alignment with organizational sales strategies while fostering continuous improvement. The role involves optimizing sales performance metrics and collaborating across diverse, multicultural teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, and performance management.
In this role, you will:
Oversee daily sales performance operations across offshore contact center locations.
Monitor sales performance, implement conversion improvement plans, and develop proactive action plans to achieve sales goals.
Ensure consistent execution of sales performance strategies across partner relationships and geographies.
Evaluate and analyze hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Identify variances in key performance indicators (KPIs), develop corrective action plans, and ensure adherence to program expectations.
Conduct root cause analysis for sales and quality trends, implementing improvement initiatives as needed.
Build strong working relationships with peers across the organization to maintain expertise in day-to-day operations.
Communicate and drive operational policies and sales performance goals in partnership with vendor teams.
Coordinate quarterly and annual business reviews (QBRs and ABRs), including template enhancements to align with sales performance goals.
Collaborate on designing and testing new sales promotions and affiliate programs.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI initiatives, to adapt strategies and maintain operational excellence.
5+ years of experience in operational sales management; experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred.
3+ years of managing BPO/vendor relationships across global locations.
Proven experience in multi-site contact center management (phone, chat, email, etc.).
Travel up to 40% domestically and internationally to vendor sites, business reviews, or industry-related events as required
Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Tableau, Jira, and Google Workspace tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Project Management or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Knowledge of emerging trends in sales within the travel industry is advantageous.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000.#LI-EH1

Flexible work at PricelinePriceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
