In Store Activation Specialist is responsible for the development, monitoring, and implementation of nationwide and account specific activities and point of sales material.
Job DescriptionThe Sales Operations Manager reports to Head of Sales. The job scope for this role includes Sales Operations & Processes, Sales Analysis and Sales Training. The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with all Marketing & Sales Unit functions to deliver AOP across all relevant channels/retail environments (direct and indirect). Leads team to monitor fundamental performance and excellence. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the execution of Sales strategy on local level including the planning, coordinating of sales activities and sales goalsetting for field sales teams.
Responsibilities and Key Activities:
- Trade Execution Audit & Reporting
- Operations Process Improvement
- Salesforce Effectiveness & Capacity Assessment
- System & Master Data maintenance & Dashboard reporting
- Sales Capability - Training
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any relevant studies
Experience:
- 3-5-year experience in a similar position (Manager level);
- Field sales experience in Modern Trade and General Trade
- Knowledge of DMS systems/Sales systems;
- Analytical skills;
- Result driven.
