Join Jellyfish's Revenue Operations team as a Deal Desk Analyst, where you'll be the critical bridge between Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. You'll own the quote-to-cash process, ensuring deal accuracy while building scalable processes that support our growth. This role offers significant growth potential and exposure to senior leadership across the organization.
What You'll Do
Own the complete deal review process, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal to structure complex enterprise agreements
Serve as the subject-matter expert on deal workflows, pricing, and contract terms
Manage our quote-to-cash process, including system administration and optimization recommendations
Process and validate all deal provisioning and accounts receivable coordination
Build and maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and related systems
Create standard operating procedures and drive continuous process improvements
Handle inbound support requests from Sales teams regarding deal structure and pricing
Support reporting initiatives and basic Salesforce administration
Take ownership of manual processes and systematically automate them
What You'll Need
0-3 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or deal desk roles
High attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes
Proficiency in Salesforce and intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently on ambiguous challenges
Experience with CPQ systems preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
