Job Description

Essential Functions

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Manager with a strong background in data analytics, business insights, sales operations, and comfort ideating executive grade materials.

  • One of the focuses of the role will be on conceptualizing and executing on cross-functional initiatives (including taking them from zero to one) to support business performance and executive strategic decision-making. Examples of initiatives include development of various business and financial models (time to revenue, revenue conversion, client portfolio performance, etc.), decision making process for account allocation, hypothesis validation.
  • Another focus is on supporting the development of materials (narrative, analytical support, data visualization) for internal and external engagements for the regional and global executives. These engagements include investors forums, client meetings/events, company’s quarterly and annual meetings.      
  • The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical and strategic mindset to streamline operations and enhance business performance. Seeking a flexible, driven self-starter who tackles challenges head-on and keeps a sense of humor even under pressure.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of company wide data, and business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Tools: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports and other tools using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key business metrics
  • Manage the regional scorecard and regional OKRs to track performance across geos and teams
  • Manage, optimize, provide training and support on sales tools (CRM systems, automation tools) to support the sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive adoption and best practices for sales enablement tools across the organization
  • Lead ad hoc initiatives for senior executive at regional and global level
  • Fluency in Spanish & English. Portuguese preferred

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 163,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
