Key responsibilities:
Develop, organize, and maintain KC internal system:
-
distribution management system (DMS), realize excellent SFA support for commercial department as a part of DPSM strategy and JBP with TOP clients.

bonus reporting system (KPI for commercial team and distributors).

Develop and deploy 3 years concept of KC CIS system environment (OLAP, data WHS etc.).

Develop & implement TPM tool for increasing promo efficiency for CIS.
Lead & co-ordinate go to market execution planning & processes including:

Monthly cycle plan - align monthly national priorities, consolidate cycle plans from TMs; lead cycle plan meeting; Initiative letter with monthly priorities.

Identify & lead process & planning improvements covering all relevant areas such as POS management, in-store theatre strategy, distribution/ranging achievement etc.

S&OP
Project management and control external suppliers which provide IT or system services for KC CIS (as a budget owner), Integrate Global IT solutions in KC Russia system environment.
Implement effective automated CIS reporting to maximize field force productivity (order taking, control, data exchange etc.), improve decision making (reporting: SI, SO, Price Monitoring, Competitor`s Library etc.).
Be effective team leader for analytics team – 3 employees.

About You
You have extensive experience with global companies in a similar role, you've been managing projects. Able to work in a matrix structure and cross-functional commands. You have a deep understanding of IT architecture and systems. Your Intermediate or abo level of English allows you to communicate effectively at all levels.
