SchooLinks is looking for a candidate to own the operations processes and influence the company KPI’s by leading this cross-departmental unit. Reporting directly to the CFO, and directly enabling other department leaders, the goal is for this person to ultimately run the operations team. The primary responsibilities consist of running our quoting and contracting desk, improving the architecture of our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring we are maximizing our efficiency and capitalizing on the features of Salesforce CPQ, processing our renewals pipeline, identifying sales trends from salesforce data, and analyzing the performance of our different Go To Market functions to improve the company outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the deal desk operations of our Go To Market functions, directly producing quotes and contracts within Salesforce CPQ
- Maintain and improve the architecture and processes within our Salesforce platform to increase efficiency and improve visibility and accountability around company KPI’s
- Implement data analytics of our current sales practices and performance, with a focus on identifying, developing, and implementing operational improvements to drive results
- Manage data integrity and ensure data integration and collaboration between cross-functional teams
- Be the operational link cross-functionally for ongoing operations of pipeline & booking management, forecasting, and performance management
- Develop and provide operational and strategic reports and analyses to enable Sales leader to execute business objectives successfully
- Maintain Renewals pipeline and visibility to enable Customer Success leaders to execute on business objectives
- Support ongoing alignment and troubleshooting of data flows and operational issues, while demonstrating excellent communication skills and being a problem solver
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field highly preferred
- Salesforce Admin experience required
- Salesforce CPQ experience required
- 3-5 years of experience working in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or other relevant experience
- Self-driven work style, managing multiple activities with urgency and a high degree of accountability with little oversight
- Attention to detail with an eye for operational excellence and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Experience in collaborating with business leaders and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of business partners, motivating and influencing decision-makers
