As a Sales Operations Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and optimize sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Director, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule (at least three days per week in office).
In this role, you will impact the sales team's ability to meet targets by streamlining operations, improving data accuracy, and enabling better decision-making through insightful analytics and process improvements.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Manage and improve sales operations processes to support sales teams effectively
•    Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales workflows
•    Implement and maintain sales tools and CRM systems to enhance productivity
•    Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership
•    Identify and resolve operational issues impacting sales effectiveness

•    Proven experience in sales operations or related roles with a strong understanding of sales processes and metrics
•    Expertise in CRM systems and sales analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making
•    Strong skills in process optimization and workflow management to enhance sales efficiency
•    Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights
•    Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting tools
