Positon Overview:
The Sales Operation Manager is an important connection between the sales and product development teams, finance, production, MIS, quality control and customer support.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing and Responsible for the results Sales Operations which are in charge of the Full Order Management cycle: issuing quotes from CRM, process orders and invoices from ERP system, Collection, Shipping and Handling and being the Customers' focal point for all operational issues.
- Establish, implement and enforce company's license renewal process.
- Maintain the Commercial Guidelines according to the SOX rules of the company.
- Create, implement and maintain MIS user Guides and all Sales Operation Processes.
- Solve MIS problems of the users.
- Generate reports for the Sales team.
- Performing weekly Forecast calls with the regions.
- Measuring and controlling SF accuracy.
- Following up on Collection problems.
- New employees' trainings on SF and Sales Processes.
- Focal point for the Sales Coordinator to help them take the right decisions.
- Focal point for problem solving for the Sales Directors.
- Maintain Customers Price Lists.
- Managing Distributors Agreements renewals project.
- Finance contact person in all SOX related issues.
- Preparing the Forecast for procurement for the plant.
- Yearly employee's assessments.
- Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input.
Requirements
- At least two years of Sales Operation Management experience in a global high-tech company.
- Academic degree- Must.
- Fluent English; both written and verbal (mother tongue is an advantage)
- Additional languages – an advantage.
- Systems knowledge: ERP, BI and CRM – Must.
- Strong willing and ready to face complex situations.
- Team player.
- Exemplary organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Drive AI adoption across the Sales Operations team — leading training and embedding AI tools into daily workflows.
- Identify, implement and scale AI-driven solutions (quoting, order management, forecasting, reporting) with IT/MIS and Sales leadership, tracking business impact.
- Advanced excel knowledge – Significant advantage.
- Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
Skills Required
