Sales Operations Manager – Remote (WFH), PST timezone
About the Role:
Doneverse is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to be the operational engine behind our global sales team. You will own documentation, reporting, and process, and use our AI call grading tools to surface why deals are won and lost.
You will:
• Own SOPs, documentation, Asana, and process rollout across the sales team
• Run daily sales reporting and analyse "no sale" data to drive action
• Query our AI sales call grader daily for objection and call quality insights
• Manage SAM onboarding, offboarding, and tech stack training
• Support QA and provide direct administrative support to sales leadership
You need:
• 2+ years in sales operations or operations support
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
• Experience with Asana (or similar) and CRM/sales tools
• Excellent English and a high-ownership, detail-driven work style
