This role plays a crucial role in supporting Tekion’s sales organization by optimizing processes, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive sales efficiency and performance. Here's an overview of the responsibilities, skills, and qualifications typically associated with the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Generate dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, conversion rates, and pipeline health).
- Provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of sales workflows.
- Support the implementation of tools and systems to enhance sales productivity.
- Manage and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within CRM platforms.
- Support CRM customization and user training.
- Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing historical data and market trends.
- Monitor and report on individual and team performance.
Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced), and other data management tools.
Problem-Solving:
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Strong critical-thinking skills to address complex business challenges.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication for delivering insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The salary range for this position is 94,000 to 159,000 The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations.
