We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role, also known as Revenue Operations Manager, is pivotal in driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence across various functions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management, stakeholder coordination, and senior leadership communication, coupled with strong analytical and Excel skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to streamline processes and drive efficiency. 
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Operations and senior leadership, providing updates, insights, and recommendations. 
  • Utilize advanced analytics and Excel skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. 
  • Partner closely across various data analytics, systems, and operations team to improve on Sales and Revenue Operations Systems architecture for new products, including supporting business process and system implementations 
  • Experience quota setting, forecasting, pipeline management, sales incentive compensation plans, territory alignment methodologies 
  • Manage the run the business needs of the sales teams - quota setting, forecasting, pipeline management, utilizing insights and tools to drive business performance, evaluating and measuring sales performance and cadenced business reporting.
  • Enhance the sales process by implementing best practices, setting goals, and managing change effectively. 
  • Lead change management initiatives to improve processes and adapt to evolving business needs. 
  • Collaborate with the legal team to manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies (optional). 
  • Maintain regular reporting on sales performance, commissions, and other key metrics, providing detailed readouts to stakeholders. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. 

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent of 6+ years of work in a similar capacity (Required)

Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting or similar role related role in the AdTech or Tech industry. 
  • 2-4 years of experience Program or project management experience involving leading and implementing large-scale change management programs with cross functional teams 
  • Proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. 
  • Experience with commission operations and legal workflows is a plus. 
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining support for daily functions. 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce (CRM), Tableau, and Microsoft Office (with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills). 
  • Experience working in a startup atmosphere and acting as an internal advocate for the business. 
  • Familiarity with industry tools and vendors such as Winmo, Pathmatics, 6sense, Gong, etc. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Program Management Demonstrated experience leading cross functional programs, influence and lead without direct management authority; in or with Sales / Sales Operations teams. (Required)
  • Presentations Excellent presentation and communication skills (Required)
  • MS office Proficient in MS Office -with intermediate experience in Excel, Word, and Power Point (Required)
  • Project Management Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and juggle multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously. Experience in Project Management desired. Naturally curious, never afraid to ask questions and push the status quo. (Required)
  • Big Data Analytics Advanced experience in Excel or Power BI. (Preferred)
  • Sales Support Tools Experience with sales technologies that support the customer journey (i.e., Outreach, Zoominfo, Linked-In Navigator). (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $82,700 - $149,200

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.


At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
